Can I resend gift cards that have not been received or claimed by recipients?

Yes, you can! From your dashboard, view your recent orders, and select the specific bulk order which includes the gift card that you want to resend. Gift cards that have not yet been delivered (Scheduled status), have failed to be delivered (Failed Delivery status), or have not yet been claimed (Sent status) will have the options available to Resend or Cancel.

  • Clicking Resend will allow you to update the recipient’s details, and send a new text and email to the recipient.
  • Clicking Cancel will void the gift card order, and refund the cost of the gift card to your Gyft Corporate account balance.

Please note, that the Cancel option is not available for orders paid with credit card.
