Why was my order declined?

To provide our users with the highest level of service, we have certain security measures to ensure your gift card order is safely processed.

If your order was declined it maybe for one or more of the following reasons:

  • You violated our Terms Of Sale or Terms of Service 
  • You opened multiple Gyft accounts 
  • We are unable to confirm your identity
  • You're connecting through an unblocker or proxy. Please turn off any of these services and try again
  • We are unable to match the information you provided with your payment institution
  • You have continued prohibited behavior after receiving a warning or multiple warnings
  • You are located outside the United States. Gyft is only available to residents living in the U.S.

You may try:

  • Adding a mobile number to your account
  • Connecting a social media account to your Gyft account
  • Trying purchasing the gift card with a different payment method
  • Turning off any ad blocking software
  • Waiting 24 hours and try your purchase again

Note: If there are any pending charges on your bank or credit card account, they will be cleared within 7 business days.
