I received an error while trying to reset my password, what does it mean?

If you receive the error "No matching user for change password by key" this means that you've clicked the reset password link in your email multiple times - that email link only works once.

Please request to have a new password reset link sent to you by clicking here and then entering in your email address. You will receive a new email with a new password reset link to the email address associated with your Gyft account.
