What if my name isn’t on the funding bank account?

If you are the registered user on the Gyft Account, but are not a signatory on the funding bank account, Gyft will request evidence that the Gyft Account holder has permission to spend the balance of the account. Generally, evidence comes in the form of a letter from the account holder that explicitly grants permission to you, the Gyft Account user, to request and spend funds for the purpose of managing the Gyft Account. Please send a copy of this letter to bizfeedback@gyft.com. Make sure you note your company name and the email address for the Gyft account.
