How do I get the balance of my gift card to update?

Many of our retailers will update the balance when you select in the mobile app or on the web. If you experience a gift card that has an error while updating, that means the retailer does not allow balance checking. You can manually enter in the amount you spent by selecting the Update Balance button and entering the amount of your recent purchase. Gyft will calculate the remaining amount for you.
